AES-256-GCM encrypts the content in the operator browser before it is sent to Screentext.
Screentext encrypts text in the operator browser. Only an explicitly approved display receives the wrapped session key and can decrypt the content. Designed for banks, insurers, government organisations, newsrooms and AV partners.

The server stores ciphertext and wrapped keys, but cannot independently decrypt the session content.

A display gains access only after the operator has verified the temporary code and recognisable display name.

Sessions expire automatically. Closing a session deletes encrypted content and immediately revokes display access.
Support without a back door
Temporary support access is created only after an explicit request and final approval by the operator, for one session and a limited period. Every step is recorded.
